Welding and Metal Repair

Welding, in short, is the process of combining two things, whether metallic or non-metallic

It is divided into melting welding and welding without melting

Melting welding is the melting of the two welding links with the welding metal or with each other. Examples include electric arc welding and argon welds.

Welding without smelting is the merging of two links without smelting the joints together, such as merging with the use of fastening with nails and nuts, as well as the non-melting of the joint with the welding metal such as tin welding

International standards that EPCCO follows in welding procedures :-

  • AWS “American Welding Society”
  • ASME “American Society of Mechanical Engineers”
  • API ” American Petroleum Institute”
  • ANSI ” American National Standards Institute”
  • ISO ” International Organization for Standardization”
  • DIN ” German national organization”

EPCCO team certifications :-

  • CWI “Certified Welding Inspector” “Engineer certificate”
  • Lloyd’s Register Group Limited (LR) “welder certificate
