Metal Spray

Metal spraying (thermalspraying) is covering a surfaces with a metallic coating using a spray of molten particles.

1. Using a high degree of heat in order to achieve a molten state.
2. After we reach the molten state , the material is then meticulously atomized into tiny particles, and then sprayed onto the surface you are working with.
3. Once the particles hit the surface, they instantly even, flatten and harden to the surface forming a strong, durable and water resistant layer.
